If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment with us, please give us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another customer in a timely manner. The time for your appointment is specifically reserved for you. We understand that there may be rescheduling and exceptional circumstances. Therefore, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Should a cancellation or rescheduling occur within the aforementioned timeframe, we will be obliged to charge 60% of the booked service. In case of a no-show, the booked service will be charged 100% to cover the economic costs.

If you arrive late for an appointment, your booked service will be shortened accordingly to avoid waiting times for the subsequent customers.
